My name is Leslie Gilbert, “Holmes” to those who have known me for a long time. I graduated from the University of Montevallo, outside of Birmingham, AL, with a B.S. in Mathematics and have taught High School Math for two years. Justin, my sweet husband and I, were married in September of 2010 a mere month before he left for Coast Guard boot camp. We moved to Charleston, SC in December and LOVE it here. We have a sweet puppy named Maggle and are always dreaming about what our next dog will be (as we are not thinking about having children yet). Currently, I am unemployed and looking for a job here in Charleston, but in the meantime…I’m blogging like crazy!
